Fit to kill, unfit to stand trial for killings

Jared Lee Loughner, the suspect who killed six people and wounded 13 others, including Arizona Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, in a shooting spree in January, was declared  incompetent to stand trial,  by a federal judge who stopped the upcoming trial proceedings. The judge was swayed by a staff psychologist and a forensic psychiatrist who agreed that at this time he was unfit mentally to stand trial.

Are our laws need revising for the sake of justice?
